DEEP Research Labs Limited (“We”, “DEEP”) operates the site www.deep.com. We’re registered in England and Wales under company number 15105319 and we have our registered office and main trading address at Unit 4, Portside Park, Kings Weston Lane, Avonmouth, BS11 8AR, United Kingdom.

We may make changes to the website and these terms

We last updated these terms on the 4th September 2023, but we may make additional changes from time to time so please ensure you check them frequently to ensure you are familiar with the most up to date version.

We may suspend or withdraw our site

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons.

Please keep your account details safe

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Our trade marks

DEEP, Engineering Wonder, Aquan, the DEEP Nation Flag logo, DEEP Institute, DEEP Campus and Sentinel are trade marks of DEEP. You are not permitted to use them without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under How you may use material on our site.
