Tell us about your background

My background is as an entrepreneur and financially trained executive. I’ve built a career driving success and growth across multiple industries, including experience in banking, asset management, and company operations. Prior to joining DEEP, I served as a minority partner and CEO of a family investment vehicle focused on funding and scaling companies’ expansion into the United States. I previously owned and operated a pet care business in New York and New Jersey.

What’s your role at DEEP?

I head up DEEP Institute, a division of DEEP helping to realize the mission of making humans aquatic. I over see three primary areas: diving operating standards, training development and management, and asset management, including operational control of DEEP’s submersible fleet and training campus.

What’s your favorite thing about working at DEEP?

My favorite thing about DEEP is being part of a team of exceptional individuals working together on a visionary objective. A team which is greater than the sum of its parts. A team and visionary organization that’s pushing boundaries and innovation. Our mission to make humans aquatic is bold, ambitious, and inspiring. Every day we pull together to turn this vision into reality.
