HEAD OF PRODUCT

We are seeking a Head of Product to assist the Chief Product Officer (CPO) in the development of strategic plans, overseeing multiple product lines, leading a team to achieve the Product contributions to corporate Objectives and Key Results, and executing the plan for product line growth. This is a key role on our Product team reporting to the CPO.

PRODUCT MANAGER

We are seeking a Product Manager with a technical background that is customer focused and is biased toward action. In this role you will take responsibility for an entire area within the DEEP product space, working with functional teams and UX to set the vision, tenets, strategy, and roadmap for your space.

PLANNING AND PERFORMANCE LEAD

We are seeking a Planning and Performance lead to drive the creation and refinement of DEEP’s project management processes and governance framework, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. The Planning and Performance Lead is a critical role that has overall ownership of the integrated portfolio plan, owns the quality of the programme performance data and is responsible for development of the infrastructure to support Programme execution at DEEP.

PROGRAMME MANAGER

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead successful delivery of one or more of our flagship programmes, ranging from delivery of underwater habitats to delivery of critical infrastructure, ocean going missions, or new product development ensuring they meet agreed-upon requirements, budgets, and schedules.

PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS MANAGER

We are seeking a Product Requirements Manager to ensure accurate capture of and adherence to customer and top-level functional requirements throughout the Product Development Lifecycle for all DEEP products. As the Product Requirements Manager, you will work primarily with Product Managers to both establish top level product requirements and author and manage the execution of the Validation and Verification activities to prove that the resulting products have met those requirements.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

As a Quality Assurance Engineer in our advanced manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role with the implementation and management of our BSI accredited QA processes and procedures. You will work closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Your primary location will be at our Portside facility, however, from time to time you may be required to travel to other facilities within our portfolio.

COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATE [London]

As the Commercial Associate, you will assist the Commercial team in developing key sales collateral, performing internal reporting, and managing sales processes for DEEP. In particular, the candidate will assume responsibility for creating relevant PowerPoints, managing a CRM database of potential clients, and basic modelling to assist in product development. In addition, the candidate will contribute to business planning and research on counterparties. The individual will have exceptional inter-personal skills and be able to successfully communicate with people at all levels within and outside of the organization, as much of their work will require digesting expert input and communicating key points to third-party and internal stakeholders.

PEOPLE OPERATIONS ADVISOR

The People Operations Advisor reports to the People Operations Director and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services and support to managers and employees, including all elements of People Operations administrative activity and colleague support, dealing with enquiries, providing guidance, partnering with stakeholders and playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the People Operations department.

WORKSHOP MANAGER – Research/Manufacturing Workshop

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the setup and management of our research and manufacturing workshop. As the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for establishing safe working practices, Implementing and collaborating on production planning with the engineering team, implementing risk assessment procedures, and coordinating the assembly and testing of a unique subsea marine platform. This will involve assembly of electrical and piping systems, as well as general mechanical assembly and welding tasks, under classification society survey. This role will involve hands-on work as well as managerial duties to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop.
