Application

This accessibility statement applies to our website, deep.com. It does not apply to any third-party sites that we may link to in our content.

General Statement

This website is run by Deep Research Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • Zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • Navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • Listen to most of the website using a screen reader

We’ve also tried to make the website text as simple as possible to understand, noting the complex nature of some of our product, services and the novel concepts they employ.

Things we’re working on:

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible, and we are actively working to improve these things:

  • Some videos may not include accurate Closed Captions. We are updating our videos with accurate, human-checked Closed Captions.
  • Some text on our Sentinel page has been baked into images, which presents a difficulty for screen-readers. We will update these once a compatible technical solution can be identified.
  • Some documents are available as PDF’s, but these may not be fully accessibility friendly.
  • Some of our pages are not easily navigable by keyboard. We’re working on tab-orders and other changes that will improve this.
  • Some pages don’t always react as you might expect when zooming. Sometimes the content re-flows in unexpected ways. We are working on this.
